BJ’s: We have a membership card we sign out. You have to pay cash and be reimbursed. A purchase requisition must be submitted prior to purchase. Membership card allows us to be tax exempt.

Walmart: You have to pay cash and be reimbursed.  A purchase requisition must be submitted prior to purchase.  You will need to supply them with a tax exempt form.
