Alumni and Friends Returned to Potsdam in Record Breaking Numbers
Reunion Weekend 2006 was by all accounts a tremendous success. With more than 500 alumni and friends returning to campus, the weekend was filled with shared memories, old and new.
From the family barbecue to the choral reading, and the planetarium show to the
class dinner celebrations, alumni left Potsdam feeling reconnected to each other, former faculty members and their alma mater.
Mike Bubniak, Class of 1978 returned to Potsdam this July. “I felt a reconnection and a sense of coming home again to a place that prepared me for the world and for that I am grateful. We were all drawn there for a reason and our education didn’t end in the classrooms. We also taught one another and looked out for each other. I am proud to be an alumnus of Potsdam.”
