The Potsdam Pitches
Mission Statement
The goal of The Potsdam Pitches is to provide SUNY Potsdam students with another outlet for musical expression and interpretation, and encourage the development and enjoyment of a cappella music in our culture. The success of this group is contingent upon the continued hard work, dedication, and a commitment from all members, to the ideals of music education, music performance, and the performing arts.
Organizational Goals
The Potsdam Pitches aim to perform both on and off the SUNY Potsdam campus. This includes fundraiser's, community service, high schools, other college campuses, and international a cappella competitions. The Potsdam Pitches host an annual invitational at which other Potsdam a cappella groups and a special guest group perform.
