In the Spring we are trying to get as many regional and local products as are available. A new line of grains are featured in the Spring 2013 Menus. Things like Kamut, Freekah, Red and White Quinoa, Kinawa. Dishes like Lentil Salad with Chilies, Beet & Carrot Salad, Smoked Mozzerella and veggies with lemon dressing, Panzanella, Roasted Corn and Shrimp.
