The Greek Life Task Force hosted the second open forum at 6 PM in Knowles Conference Center Multi-Purpose Room. Participants were again mostly current and alumni members of Greek organizations. Members of the Task Force updated attendees on the work done to date and responded to their questions and concerns.
- Week of April 22 - 28
Task Force members visited the chapters of Phi Mu Alpha, Gamma Sigma Sigma, Alpha Delta Kappa, Delta Kappa Theta and Omega Delta Phi, and spoke with members of those organizations.

Annette Robbins shared additional information about incidents, comparing the percentage of those pertaining to Greek organizations to those without a Greek connection.
Julie Dold returned to meet with the task force and answered the group’s direct questions about her experiences and impressions of Greek Life at SUNY Potsdam.

The task force heard the remainder of the oral report of incidents involving Greek organizations since 2007.
- April 12
The task force heard the first portion of the report of incidents involving Greek organizations since 2007. Julie Dold (assistant director for Campus Life), Ruth Policella (director of Campus Life) and Annette Robbins (director of Student Conduct and Community Standards) shared the information in an oral report.
- April 9
The Greek Life Task Force hosted an open forum at 6 PM in Knowles Conference Center Multi-Purpose Room. While all faculty, staff and students were encouraged to attend, participants were mostly Greek students and alumni. Participants shared their views on campus Greek culture and the value of Greek organizations to our campus.
- Week of March 25 - 31
The task force contacted various campus stakeholders to ask for statements on Greek Life.
- March 22
The Greek Life Task Force gathered for the first time and introductions were made. Subgroups were formed and the charge for the task force was shared and discussed. A timeline was discussed, as were dates for future meetings.
