Emerging Leaders Program
Emerging leaders are committed and motivated students who seek to develop as leaders and give back to SUNY Potsdam. Once students join the program, they may remain valued members of the group throughout their undergraduate years at Potsdam. No prior leadership experience is required to participate.

Pick up a form in Raymond 505 starting on Feb. 20, or grab one at our table in the Union Feb. 24-28, 11 am to 2 pm -- Win Prizes! 1st Place - Potsdam Sweatshirt donated by the College Bookstore; 2nd Place-$25 Potsdam Chamber Gift Certificate; 3rd Prize - $10 Potsdam Chamber Gift Certificate
Where: Campus wide, Student Union and Raymond Hall 505
When: Feb. 20-March 14; Feb. 24-28, 11 am to 2 pm (Union Lobby)
Why: To benefit the Student Gift, voted on by you to be the Greatest Needs of the College (aka The Potsdam Annual Fund), which supports you the students in many different ways to have the best possible experiences at SUNY Potsdam.
- Mail your gift back in the mailer you receive in your campus mail
- Donate online
- Drop it off in person Feb. 24-28, 11 am to 2 pm in the Union Lobby, and get your thank you magnet
- Drop it off on your schedule M-F, 8:30 - 4:30, Raymond Hall 505
We accept cash, check or credit card (for gift of $10 or more: Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover)
For a donation of $1 or more to the Paw It Forward Challenge, students will receive a magnet frame as our way of saying thanks for being a part of this inaugural appeal. February is Student Philanthropy month, with college students participating in various events all over the U.S. We hope you will join us in showing your college pride and Potsdam spirit by helping.
