Refund Policy
Due to the logistics involved with planning orientation, no guest fees will be refunded within 48 hours of your scheduled orientation session. If you cancel 48 hours prior to your orientation session, refunds will be processed by the Office of Student and Family Transitions. Please call Marta Whalen at (315) 267-2580 or Patty Gilmer at (315) 267-2415 for us to process your refund.
