What will you do with your time at SUNY Potsdam? What do you want to learn? Who do you want to become? The staff who work in the Division of Student Affairs are here to help you answer these questions. We know that learning happens both in and out of the classroom. Students who are actively involved in both their academic program and in meaningful out of class activities get better grades, stay in school and value the total experience. Let us help you connect with a student organization, a community service project, or an intramural team. There are also opportunities to make a contribution to the College through service on committees like the Student Health Advisory Council or the Personal Safety Committee.
There are times when you will need help with career questions, health concerns, personal and relationship issues and life choices. Don't hesitate to ask for assistance. Helping you work through your concerns so that you can focus on your academic goals is an important part of our work.
I hope your time here is rich and rewarding!
