Please note that we have a NEW CANCELLATION POLICY. Clients must cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. See below.


CWC No-Show and Cancellation Policy: Our goal is to fill all of our available hours with productive sessions. If clients are excessively late, cancel or reschedule late, or do not show up for appointments, they hamper our ability to efficiently assist student writers.

Our policy is as follows:

  • Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Two cancellations less than 24 hours before an appointment = one no show
  • Two excessive tardies (15 minutes) = one no show
  • Two no shows = loss of CWC services for rest of semester
  • Please notify the CWC as early as possible if you cannot attend a scheduled meeting at x3059 or email cwc@potsdam.edu. Thank you!
