Cancellation Policy
Our policy is as follows:
Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment.
Two cancellations less than 24 hours before an appointment = one no show
Two excessive tardies (15 minutes) = one no show
Two no shows = loss of CWC services for rest of semester
Please notify the CWC as early as possible if you cannot attend a scheduled meeting at x3059 or e-mail cwc@potsdam.edu. Thank you!
