SUNY Potsdam's Learning Lab (Sisson 125) is the place for students to access resources and support services that can improve their academic performance.
As part of the Student Success Center, the Academic Support Office (ASO) coordinates the tutoring program at the Learning Lab and offers the following services:
Peer Content Tutoring in Small Groups: Trained peer tutors provide content and study skills assistance in over 90 courses. Tutoring is typically provided in small groups, and sessions are scheduled in the daytime, evening and weekend hours (at the mutual convenience of students and their tutors). -If you're looking for one-to-one tutoring, the Student Support Services program offers this to eligible students.
Free Assistance from professional staff: In addition to small group tutoring sessions, the Learning Lab also hosts workshops for students, training and in-service programs for Student Success Center tutors. All student service offices of the SSC use the Learning Lab as a location to present workshops and coordinate special projects.

Satellite tutoring from the College Writing Center
Skills Assistance:College Success Strategies: time management, note-taking skills, test-taking skills, etc.for improving general study skills.
Computer Lab:A handful of computers and a printer are available for student use.
Laptop Loan program (by the week)
Availability: SUNY Potsdam Undergrads are encouraged to use the Learning Lab.
