If you were an SSS participant at SUNY Potsdam previously and would like to sign up for services again this year, please fill out the short form below.
YOU MUST ALSO SUBMIT a CURRENT SSS STUDENT NEEDS SURVEY FORM. Once we have received both forms, an SSS staff member will contact you.
If you prefer, stop by our office, 119 Sisson Hall, to reactivate your participation.
