Kathy M Del Guidice
Executive Director
Kathy Del Guidice was hired by the Board of Directors of the Orchestra as its Executive Director in August 2014. She has more than 25 years of experience in non-profit management, fundraising, and grant-writing. She teaches courses in this area for the Crane Music Business program.
Prior to joining ONNY, Ms. Del Guidice was the Development Associate for American Stage in St. Petersburg, Florida, Tampa Bay's largest professional theatre company with a $2 million budget. There she was involved in grant writing, database management, events planning, and a variety of fundraisers.
Before moving to Florida, Ms. Del Guidice was the director of lifelong learning at SUNY Canton. For ten years prior to that, she operated a management consulting firm, Kathryn Del Guidice & Associates, providing marketing, fundraising, strategic planning, and board governance services to regional nonprofit organizations, including ONNY in the late 1990s.
From 1984-1993, she was the Executive Director of St. Lawrence Foundation for Youth and its primary program, the highly acclaimed summer theatre company, Music Theatre North.
Ms. Del Guidice has an Associate's degree from Cazenovia College, a Bachelor's degree from SUNY Potsdam, and an MBA from Clarkson University.
