Billing Information for Summer Session Classes

  • Students will be billed by One Stop. View Summer Tuition & Fees Information.
  • Email billing notifications will be sent directly to the student's Potsdam email account.
  • All bills will be due upon receipt as summer session is a pre-payment session. Bills must be paid in full before the first day of the summer session term, or a payment plan must be established. A student bill unpaid as of the day prior to the course start date may have their registration canceled, unless an active payment plan has been established.
  • Summer financial aid will be reviewed for eligibility upon completion of a summer aid application and the 2023-2024 FAFSA. Summer financial aid can be considered as a credit toward payment of the bill.
  • All students who wish to register after 11:59 p.m. the day prior to the start date of a course must email the Registrar at registrar@potsdam.edu and verify the courses are still available and then will be directed to the One Stop to pre-pay their bill. Students using financial aid to cover their bill must provide a completed Summer 2023 Financial Aid application to avoid payment at the time of registration
