Recommendation Forms

Although letters of recommendation are not required as part of the music audition/admissions process, they are encouraged. They are helpful to the faculty hearing the audition. We will accept one or two letters, using these forms:

• Music Admissions Recommendation Form

• Private Music Instructor Recommendation Form

Please arrange to have these forms either

• emailed to auditions@potsdam.edu, or

• mailed to the Office of Music Admissions, The Crane School of Music, SUNY Potsdam, 44 Pierrepont Ave., Potsdam, NY 13676-2294

Please arrange for these to arrive at least a week or two prior to your audition.
