Minor in Africana Studies
Africana Studies is an academic program that focuses on the political, economic, cultural and social experiences of African peoples and their descendants. Structured from an interdisciplinary and comparative perspective, the minor in Africana Studies examines the experiences of the people of Africa and people living in the Americas who are the descendants of Africans, to help deepen students' understandings of America itself.
