To request a Withdrawal or Leave of Absence during the first 10 weeks of the semester, before the last day to withdraw.

If you would like to request a Withdrawal or Leave of Absence after the first 10 weeks of the semester, please contact the Student Success Center, 128 Sisson Hall. For any Withdrawal/Leave of Absence requests made after the 10th week of the semester:
- All requests will be held until grades are finalized and standings are available at the close of the semester.
- Students will receive grades in their classes.
- Any Withdrawal and/or Leave of Absence forms will not be processed for any students who are eligible to be dismissed. Please contact the SSC Office at (315) 267-2580 if you have any questions.
