Positive psychology is an approach that focuses on increasing levels of happiness in our lives. This powerpoint will identify five things you can do today to begin to increase your own levels of happiness. Just as we exercise our physical muscles to grow stronger, we have to work to grow happiness circuits in our brain through mental exercises.
Students will identify five areas and complete activities that will contribute to increasing their level of happiness.
