Online Workshop: Small Space Workouts

This program is designed to help participants explore various of online instructional workouts for small spaces. An added goal is for you to look deeper for an online workout program that works for you. Individuals will develop a plan for when and what they will be doing for a workout and write 3 realistic goals they would like to reach. Participants will write a short reflective essay describing how they met their goals or not in doing an online small space workout.
- Participants will learn about different online workouts platforms to achieve or maintain a desired level of wellness/fitness.
- Participants will reflect on how they utilize the online workouts to reach their goals.
