Yoga in the Labyrinth Room

Yoga classes will consist of a full circuit of body movements of standing postures, bends, and stretches. The yoga class will help to align, strengthen, and improve flexibility done through repetition and body movement.
- Students will know where yoga is offered, days and times, have a very general idea of what yoga is.
- Through regular yoga practice, students will improve personal health, flexibility, build muscle strength, improve posture, become happier, live a healthier lifestyle, become more relaxed, have better rest, have a peace of mind and improved self-esteem.
- Students will understand the importance of body-mind connection in the practice of yoga.
