College in High School Representative
To facilitate communication between SUNY Potsdam and participating high school instructors and students, we ask that each school identify one primary CHS representative. We recommend that this person be staff from the Guidance Office to assist with providing transcripts, enrollment/graduation verification, etc. This representative will be copied on all communications from the Office of Graduate and Continuing Education to instructors and will also be informed when important information has been communicated to participating students.
Affiliation Agreements
To become an official College in High School site, an affiliation agreement signed by the school CHS representative and administrator must be on file with the Office of Graduate and Continuing Education. Affiliation agreements are typically in effect for a period of five years. If there is a change in policy during that period of time, an addendum will be provided to the school CHS representative and administrator.
