SUNY Potsdam update:
SUNY Potsdam has just received guidance from SUNY System Administration regarding how we can resolve the financial impact that the shift to remote learning will have on student accounts and billing.
This guidance indicates that there will be a credit issued for the unused portion of on-campus room and board, as well as certain fees connected with on-campus living. We ask that you please be patient with us as we work out the details including eligibility and process.
As a reminder, residential students may choose whether or not to return to campus. If you do stay, residence halls, dining facilities and offices are open to serve on-campus students, and their student accounts will still be charged for these services.
This is a very fast-moving situation, and again, we appreciate your patience as we work through the many details in consultation with SUNY.
