Safety is first and foremost.

Climbing Wall Risk Form

Every participant or parent/guardian of participants are required to complete a climbing center risk form (PDF) prior to participation. Participation is not allowed without it, as these documents help to explain the following:

  •      Risks associated with participation  

  •      Partial listing of possible injuries  

  •      The waiver of making claims against SUNY Potsdam  

  •      Photo release for basic marketing and promotions materials
