The Lougheed Center for Applied Learning (LoCAL) is hiring an Internship & Career Services Coordinator. The Coordinator is a core part of the leadership team of the LoCAL, and will have primary responsibility for the LoCAL’s internship and career education programs, which are both stand-alone and integrated into departmental curricula.
All LoCAL initiatives are rooted in campus academic goals, using the NACE Core Competencies as student learning outcomes. Key focus areas for the Coordinator will be overseeing the internship program, providing skilled career development support, encouraging curricular integration of core competencies, and assisting in restructuring and redesign of applied learning initiatives to achieve greater success and efficiency.
