The research proposal “Food for Thought: Educating Today's Youth on American Food Systems” submitted by Dr. Jessica Rogers and Emily Gugliotta, Department of Environmental Studies, has been reviewed by the Institutional Review Board and by the Provost of the college. The researcher and the use of human subjects in that research have been approved as of February 1, 2017.
