The Office of Human Resources supports the College's mission and strategic initiatives by providing the campus with service and advice regarding all aspects of appointments, evaluations, benefits, classification, compensation, labor relations, worker's compensation, Civil Service and interpretation of the various agreements that have been negotiated between the State of New York and our unionized employees. 

We are an information resource working in support of and in collaboration with our customers to meet individual and organizational needs.

I LOVE working at SUNY Potsdam.  The people at SUNY Potsdam, from the administrators and staff to the faculty and students, are not just people I work with, they are family to me.  There is so much diversity here, yet we are all treated equally and all respect one another for our differences and our similarities.  I feel so comfortable here, I never wish to leave.  Not only do we have the very best faculty, we have the most amazing students.  I have made so many bonds with so many people in just the few short years I have been here. . – Roberta Greene, Secretary 1
