Pasting Lists of Addresses Into Mail
If you keep your own mailing lists in Word or Excel and copy/paste them when mailing groups of people, you may be having trouble if your lists are comma-delimited, e.g.: user1@potsdam.edu, user2@potsdam.edu, user3@potsdam.edu Outlook requires either a linefeed or a semicolon between addresses in a list of addresses. So: user1@potsdam.edu; user2@potsdam.edu; user3@potsdam.edu or: user1@potsdam.edu user2@potsdam.edu user3@potsdam.edu Update your lists!
Budget Update and Guidelines
As you know, this year we began a new budget process, one aimed at helping us achieve greater transparency and accountability for our finances. You may decline or return all or part of a disbursement of Pell Grant funds that you are otherwise eligible to receive.
Military Affiliated Students

Change of Address
If you move to a new address, you are asked to notify the Office of Human Resources immediately. A Change of Address form will need to be completed in Human Resources which will change the address on your payroll and personnel records or on the web. Notification will also need to be made to the retirement system and benefit funds.
Scholarship Eligibility
