Crane Opera Ensemble

The Crane Opera Ensemble presents the world premiere of "Mayo" by Tom Cipullo on November 9th-11th, 2018. The work traces the true story of Mayo Buckner growing up in the Iowa Institute for the Feebleminded. Guest artists include Ben Edquist and Lisa Vroman ('79). Crane Bands

The three major Crane bands perform in mid-November: Concert Band (November 14), Symphonic Band (November 15), and Wind Ensemble (November 19). All concerts are on the Hosmer Hall stage at 7:30 p.m.

Crane Concert Choir

The Crane Concert Choir and Latin Ensembles join forces for ¡Canta Cuba!, featuring choral music by Cuban composers and traditional Afro-Cuban pieces. This event will take place on Tuesday, November 13th at 7:30 p.m. in Snell Theater.  Learn More

Crane School of Music
