Emerson & the Place is a trio of Potsdam students consisting of Kam Balcom on drums, Alex Borczuk on guitar and backup vocals, and Jared Emerson on Bass and Lead Vocals. What unites them is a unique foundation: all three are percussion students here at SUNY Potsdam. They've channeled that deep, shared understanding of rhythm and groove into their passion for 90s and 2000s alternative music, and they are super excited to share that with you all tonight.
