Potsdam Esports is proud to present the 4th entry in its yearly video game tournament series, North Country Claw! This year we’ll be featuring more games than ever, happening on May 3rd and May 4th in our newly improved gaming lounge in Sisson 128. We’ll have free to enter competitive brackets running from 11:00am to 8:00pm on both days, along with side games and friendly competitions open for anyone to show up and play. Everybody is welcome to come, regardless of skill level! We’ll also have a wide variety of arcade and retro games to enjoy. This year we’re offering competition in 7 different games across both days:
5/3 Day 1
- Mario Kart 8: 11:00 - 2:00
- Overwatch 2: 2:00 - 4:00
- Rocket League: 4:00 - 6:00
- Pokémon Showdown: 6:00 - 8:00
5/4 Day 2
- Smash Melee: 11:00 - 2:00
- Rivals of Aether II: 2:00 - 5:00
- Smash Ultimate: 5:00 - 9:00
We’ll be streaming the whole tournament on our Twitch channel, SUNYPotsdamEsports. If you’re interested in competing and want more details, keep an eye on this page for a future link to our start.gg page. There, all the brackets will be hosted and the rulesets for each game will be explained.
