Opera Gala and "The Gloves of Turlupin"

Opera Club presents "Patchwork" as this year's theme for Opera Gala. "Patchwork" encompasses the experiences of the Potsdam community, encouraging each performer to show off something that is unique to them. Please come for an evening of exceptional music making.
In addition, we will also be presenting select scenes from a new work. Written by Annabelle Kahle, composed by Brodie Ainsworth and directed by Manny Coleman, "The Gloves of Turlupin" centers on Turlupin's magical journey to win Princess Harpigella's hand in marriage. It is primarily a children's opera, and a portion of the evening will be dedicated to a Q&A with the creators of this work.
