Acclaimed sound mixer David Fluhr ’79 will share highlights from his work and sit down with President Smith to discuss his path from SUNY Potsdam to Disney Animation Studios.
David Fluhr '79 is the supervising rerecording mixer for Walt Disney Animation Studios, where he mixes the sound of an animated film from versions in development through the final film release. He has been mixing for Disney Animation since 2004’s Chicken Little, and has worked on films such as Frozen, Moana, Wreck-It Ralph, and most recently Zootopia 2.
