Reach out and thank a CTS staff member today! Computing & Technology Services have been identified by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for the work they do to support the campus.
CTS, which includes areas such as TelCom, AIS/programming, and the IT Service Desk, received the January Gold Stars employee recognition award for their largely unseen support and patience in maintaining and streamlining campus operations.
Most of us are familiar with helpdesk services, but CTS plays an integral role in managing student and employee data through initiatives like the Student Data Committee (SDC), training development, and the implementation, integration and maintenance of the various software services that sustain our day-to-day work.
