Procedure
- Upon receipt of the reservation form and after consultation with appropriate campus personnel regarding the availability of space/ food service, the Director of Student Life Facilities will approve or deny the request.
- Following approval of facilities use, the Director of Student Life Facilities will coordinate the event, including issuing a contract, establishing and collecting fees (if appropriate).
- Proof of liability insurance will be required. If you don't have insurance currently, the College does have an option to purchase it for a fee.

Performing Arts Center (PAC)
Proscenium Theater
- Proscenium Theater (350 seats) - $100 / hour or $400 / day
- Stage lighting usage fee - $50 / event
- Projector usage fee - $15 / hour

Black Box Theater
- Black Box Theater (128 seats, depending on configuration) - $75 / hour or $ 300 / day
- Stage lighting usage fee - $50 / event

- PAC lobby (included if a theater is rented) - $30 / day
- PAC recording studio - $25 / hours or $100 / day
Notes
- The recording studio requires specifically trained personnel for operation and to supervise the outside group.
- Rehearsal time may be charged a reduced fee when included with technical rehearsal and performance dates.
- Overtime and personnel fees are charged if applicable.
