The Department of Computing and Technology Services is seeking a Technology Support Professional to offer Tier 1 technical support that assists administration, faculty, staff, and students with all manner of computing and peripheral support of college owned computers, including, but not limited to: hardware troubleshooting, software troubleshooting, replacement of defective equipment, new software installation, new hardware installation, Android, iPhone, iPad support, desktop network connectivity and software installation.
