Don Cannamela serves as Assistant Audio Engineer at the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam. He began his studies at SUNY Potsdam in 1994 as a trombone major, earning a Bachelor's in Music Education in 1997, a Master's in Music Education in 2001, and a Master's in Educational Technology in 2012.
He has spent several decades as a band director teaching grades 5-12 in St. Lawrence County, currently at nearby Parishville-Hopkinton Central School since 1999, where he also serves as Technical Director for the school's musical productions. He currently performs on bass and trombone in several local groups. Don lives in Potsdam with his wife and two children.
