Sarah Lister (MBA)
I teach Minor Seminar for Community Health, Nutrition, Sexual Health, Fitness, and Therapeutic Recreation Minors, Pre-Internship Seminar, the Internship at SUNY Potsdam. Outside of teaching at SUNY Potsdam, I am on the board of the St. Lawrence County CDP, as well as on the Cinema 10 Board. I love reading, cross-country skiing, hiking, paddle-boarding, and playing with my kids. I try to bike, walk, or cross-country ski to work every day. I used to work as a community health educator in the field of sexual health, and I continue to advocate for reproductive health and education. I am also the Coordinator of the SUNY Potsdam Campus Food Pantry. I love the energy in the classroom when students are engaged in deep discussion or moments of enlightenment. SUNY Potsdam Community Health students always impress me for their commitment to making their communities safer, healthier, and more just.
