Mr. Shepherd specializes in the field of program development, evaluation, and disability and transition planning services. His responsibilities have included: Vocational Teacher for Students with Severe Disabilities, Transition Services Teacher and Department Chair. He has been a part of the Eastern Region Transition Coordination Site since its inception in 1992. He is a recognized innovator of Community Based Employment programs for people with disabilities. Mr. Shepherd was the leading force in bringing about the New York State Longitudinal Post School Indicators Survey Project and currently serves as the Statewide Coordinator.
Mr. Shepherd received his Bachelor's Degree in Science from SUNY Oswego, May, 1987.
