Leave of Absence/ Withdrawal Information

To request a Withdrawal or Leave of Absence from the College during the first 10 weeks of the semester, before the last day to withdraw.

For any Withdrawal/Leave of Absence from the College requests made after the 10th week of the semester:

  • All requests will be held until grades are finalized and standings are available at the close of the semester.
  • Students will receive grades in their classes.
  • Any Withdrawal and/or Leave of Absence forms will not be processed for any students who are eligible to be dismissed.

ALL students should contact One Stop before leaving the College to check on the state of their financial accounts.
