Fall Into Self Care

Fall into Self Care with the peer counselors on campus, as we are tabling to spread awareness of mental health, since September is Suicide Awareness Month. We want to share self-care tips and to have students put their own ideas on what self-care is to them, as college life can get heavy, and to prepare for fall break!
