This event, designed to celebrate public health, will bring together students, faculty, professionals, and community organizations to explore public health in action and will host professional development and mentorship opportunities.
Agenda Highlights:
- Keynote Speaker: Tina Kim, MSPH, Deputy Commissioner, Office of Health Equity and Human Rights, NYSDOH Agency
- Roundtable: Bringing public health, behavior health, and mental agencies together to discuss challenges and brainstorm opportunities to tackle health problems affecting our community.
- Mentorship Roundtable: A rotating networking session where professionals can connect with students one-on-one.
- Breakout sessions: Let by our local agencies, these sessions demonstrate opportunities for tackling the social determinants of health in our local communities.
- Awards: To recognize our outstanding public health leaders and students.
