Want to maintain fitness in a team environment? Want to learn a new sport? Come join us for the first two weeks of practices! All sports backgrounds welcome, no rugby experience required. Practices are co-ed, only separating for contact work. Practices are led by our coach, Kevin Morgan, a former professional rugby player with Major League Rugby.
