Village Venture: College Student Takeover at the North Country Children’s Museum

Be a kid for a day! Participants will get to explore the North Country Children’s Museum for free during this special SUNY Potsdam student-only event! Check out all the exhibits, from the Amish House, the Opera House stage, the music and sound lab, the physics trail, and explore the indoor Maple Forest Climber to climb through to the roof of the building for a 360 degree view of downtown Potsdam. Participants will also get to enjoy a free Stewart’s Shops ice cream sundae party.
The North Country Children’s Museum is located at 10 Raymond St. in downtown Potsdam. Check out their website to learn more about their offerings!
Participation is limited, RSVP to secure your spot! Please note you may only sign up for one Village Venture trip, as we want as many students to be able to participate as possible. If you RSVP to more than one Village Venture trip, you will be removed from all trips.
Participants who have successfully RSVP’d for this Venture will walk downtown with a Campus Life staff member to the event; please meet the group in the Student Union Lobby by 5pm to walk over! You may also take your own vehicle and meet the group there if you choose to. A Campus Life staff member will be in communication closer to the event to confirm details with those who have successfully RSVP’d.
