The PACES Student Award Committee is accepting nominations for the annual PACES Student Awards. These awards recognize graduating seniors who have excelled academically while providing exceptional service in college and student life activities.

The Office of College Communications is in the initial stages of embarking on the campus’s first full website redesign in 6 years. The first phase of the redesign is gathering information from stakeholder areas in the form of focus groups. We are seeking your assistance in reaching out to your student contacts.

SUNY Potsdam has invited Dr. Roxanne Prichard, a Professor of Neuroscience and Psychology and past Scientific Director for the Center for College Sleep, to present virtually to our campus. She is an award-winning researcher, speaker, and author who has spent the last fifteen years studying sleep.

Nominations for the second annual Racial Justice and Equity Scholarship are now open.   

Campus Life is in the planning stages for Fall activities and initiatives.   All events submitted will be included on the Get Involved platform, which includes the Get Involved website, weekly event email, and weekly table tents. The deadline for submissions is Monday, April 17 by 4 p.m.

The New York Army National Guard will hold a ribboncutting ceremony for its new recruiting office located on the SUNY Potsdam campus, on Monday, March 24, from 10 a.m. to noon. 

A powerful new play, “Prisoners of Hope,” by J. Allen Fitz-Gerald will be presented at SUNY Potsdam’s Performing Arts Center on Sunday, April 9 at 7 p.m.
