The College invites applications for the position of Dean for the Crane School of Music. Founded in 1886, SUNY Potsdam’s Crane School of Music has a long legacy of excellence in music education and performance. The Crane School of Music offers rigorous undergraduate and graduate programs for more than 600 students.

Student and faculty musicians from SUNY Potsdam’s Crane School of Music will kick off the holiday season on Sunday, Nov. 23, with the 2025 Crane Candlelight Concert. This year’s concert will include a world premiere and a festive variety of sacred, secular and international holiday favorites.
