Collegiate Science & Technology Entry Program

With a record of success spanning more than 35 years at SUNY Potsdam, the Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP) serves an elite group of 135 students each year.

The purpose of the program is to increase the number of under-represented minority and low-income students pursuing careers in the sciences, technology, engineering, mathematics, health, or the licensed professions.

Funded by a grant from the New York State Education Department, CSTEP at SUNY Potsdam provides an array of academic and career services designed to meet each student's individual needs and assist them in achieving a career in their chosen field.

"CSTEP is an opportunity. There are a ton of resources that can help you be prepared for your future."
