Catalog and Schedule Changes
Please note that prior to a semester schedule going live, changes are made via the CPI during the 1st and 2nd iterations. Once a schedule is live for a term, you should use the appropriate form below.
Please use the appropriate launch button below to Add, Revise, or Cancel a course in the Catalog, the Class Schedule, or both. Your request will be routed to the appropriate Dean’s office for review. If approved, it will then go the Registrar’s office for processing. If your request pertains to a Travel or Distance Learning course, it will also be routed to the appropriate coordinator for review (Note: a course should not be both Travel and Distance Learning.)
