Plated or Packed: A Study of Student Eating Habits at SUNY Potsdam
This is a research project that will examine how meal plan status affects what and how well students eat. This study compares the diet of students who must buy and prepare their own food, and students who have meal plans. Through analyzing differences in nutritional content, eating habits and convenience, my goal is to highlight factors that influence student health. Resulting in improvement of campus dining and/or providing more resources to students outside of campus.
