To request a Withdrawal or Leave of Absence from the College during the first 10 weeks of the semester, before the last day to withdraw.
- Complete the Withdrawal/Leave of Absence Form
For any Withdrawal/Leave of Absence from the College requests made after the 10th week of the semester:
- All requests will be held until grades are finalized and standings are available at the close of the semester.
- Students will receive grades in their classes.
Any Withdrawal and/or Leave of Absence forms will not be processed for any students who are eligible to be dismissed.
