The Community Performance Series (CPS), in residence at SUNY Potsdam, is accepting on-line applications for a full-time Audience Services Manager. Reporting to the Executive Director of CPS, the ideal candidate will possess drive, self-motivation, superb customer service skills, the ability to work independently under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: box office operations and front of house management, including oversight of student staff; developing/updating policies and procedures; and generating financial and event reports. The professional obligation includes, but is not limited to: some required night and weekend work for CPS events and ticketing partner events; act as liaison between CPS staff, campus, and community partners; assist with program advertising sales and fundraising, event promotion and planning. The candidate is expected to be willing to expand knowledge base, experience and responsibilities, and to contribute positively to an inclusive and diverse campus environment.
